I have a question concerning following-to-join benefits for Spouses. My husband got green card through DV lottery. We were married at this time, but I did not apply for green card, because I was subject to 2 year home residence because of J1 visa. So I stayed home and did not accompany him to USA.
So can my husband apply for me to get following-to-join benefits for Spouses after expiration of 2 year of home residence?
what are procedures and requirements?
I have checked USCIS website but I did not fully understand if I am eligible for this benefits or not. If anybody has relevant experience please share.
