Hello,
i am a USC, i am applying for my mother for her GC who is in India now, i got I-130 and I-864 ready, my question is what other documents do i need?
i have my mom's birth certificate not availability and my dad's death certificate non availability, do i need their marriage certificate too? i don't have it. i have my birth certificate which shows the relation that she is my mom.
your advise is really valuable and vital for me
