I applied for Family Based Green Card for my mother duly sending I-130,I-131, I-485 and I-864 with all documents. I received I-797C for all . For my mother I sent Two affidavits of birth given by her elder brother and elder sister.
Now I received USCIS letter(RFE) asking for Copy of Birth certificate/Non availablility certificate from India and secondary evidence like School Leaving certificate.
I have School Leaving Certificate with father’s name and date of Birth . Please guide us whether this SSLC certificate and the Two affidavits of Birth give by her elderbrother/ sister will meet the requirement. Your guidance requested please.
