Dear Sir or Madam,
I am looking for some information concerning my problem. I am a naturalized US Citizen and have been living in the states for a while. About a year and a half ago I married my wife. She has been living in the states illegally but since the marriage to US citizen she received a green card rather quickly. About six months ago we separated and my wife moved back to Europe. We are still legally married because our state law is that a couple has to be separated for a year before they can legally be separated. My question is: what do I need to do to have my wife’s green card revoked? Do I need to call someone or fill out some paper work?
Thanks for the information
