I have a problem here. Please try to help me.
In 2005, I was married to a US citizen and I got the conditional green card valid for 2 years. In between this tim, we had a lot of problems going on in between both. Meanwhile, we had the conditions removed and we applied for the extension. The last 1 month was so problamatic and he made me leave to India, saying that he will take me back. Then I got the email from USCIS saying that they have sent me the 10 yr valid green card. But my husband did not inform me at all. Then after 2 months, I kept emailing him asking whether he got my green card or not and then after 2 weeks, he replies saying that he got it.
Again, our problem did not seem to resolve and now it has been 17 months > since I left USA and now he calls my relative saying that he wants a divorce.
Till this date, I was patient, praying to God that he will change one day and take me back, but I didn't expect him to do such a thing. He still hasn't given me my green card.
Now what am I supposed to do? My father is so angry, he wants to file a case against them for wasting my whole life. My mother is scared, she says all this in unnecessary for us. She thinks this will get us into more problems.
Please advise me, what I should do? I am totally confused.
