What is the difference between I-134 & I-864

Both of them are Affidavit of Support, and its quite confusing which to use if my case is to petition a parent to live in the US. Please enlighten me about the diffence of each? thanks

I-864 for sponsoring green card.

I-134 for sponsoring visitors visa, fiance visa etc.
