My mother who is petioner has no income. My sister who is married, has 2 kids and had sponsered my parents is willing to do I 864 but should she fill out I 864A or I 864. My mother has been living with my sister for the past 5 yrs. So, Household member but my thing is if we count my sister's household size it should be 6 but I 864 that my mother would have should have me, my mother , my father and if we are going to use my sister as house hold member it should be #4. My sister files joint returns with her husband. But her income alone is way above poverty guidelines.

Have you read pages 1 & 2 of the I-864? They clearly give instructions to all the questions you are asking. Do a little research....
