Hello Dear,
I am new member of this forum so please forgive me if i am repeating this query.
My Dad migrated to USA on Family Greencard in 2003 and he filed my I-130 that time for unmarried son over 21. I am now married and my Dad filed another I-130 file last year when he got citizenship for married son over 21.
My query is Old I-130 file has been approved and visa petition has been forwarded to relevant department. Because this visa petition has been approved under unmarried son over 21, will my wife and son be eligible for green card visa? National Visa Center has asked to pay visa fee to proceed ahead, Shall I pay this fee and go ahead with this process? We haven't hidden the fact the I am married now so why our old petition has been approved?
Please advise, any help appreciated.
