Green card for exception case

I am working in US through H1b Visa for the past 3 years and 6 months. My daughter is an US citizen and she is 18 months old. She has medical complication for which she is undergoing treatments. i can produce medical proof. Since my job is shaky i want to see whether i can get a greed card based on medical grounds so that her treatments are not disturbed.
