Question about procesing times : I130

Hi guys i have applied for I130 (for brother or sister) and i have applied in 2004 and i check the procesing times on 18
october 2009 and they say 19 september 2005 so is my case procesing or skiped???


Note: i have got to emails recently that my case is appoved and is shiped to the national visa procesing center...

So any ideas about the processing times
