Odd Situation, need help!!! :(

hi gurus,

i have mailed my Family based GC documents on and received the receipts for the same. after 3 weeks the USCIS sent me a notice on my I-485 and I-765 (could be my finger print notice) but unfortunately it went back to USCIS saying the post office could not deliver it. i did not move, no name change on the mail box but only god knows what happened and why it went back, i called the USCIS and asked them to resend the notice back to me on the 12th of Oct. when i called today to rechek if they have mailed if so when? the agent said wait for 45 days and if you did not get the letters then contact us, here is my question when can i expect the mail? will it really takes 45 days?? and what will happen to my FP appointment?? i am all confused and worried...any help is greatly appreciated.

same thing happened to me,, they sent my BIO appt to the wrong address and agent told me to wait 45 days also,,, i hung up the phone and call back i asked to speak to an IO and the IO was so nice not only she fax me a copy of the notice she also sent a req to the processing center to have it mail back to me and she gave me a ref number....
You need to call back ask to speak to an IO b/c they can pull your files and see what's going on with it ,,, also try to be very very nice...
