Hi I'm applying for my parents. I need to know the actual process of the I-30 and what does the person do once they are approved from the consulate's office abroad. Do they enter on the i-130 and then adjust their status and how long does a person have to adjust their status once they enter the usa? Can someone show a ACTUAL step by step parents of a usa citizen green card process please.
