I-130, my mom a US Citizen applied for unmarried son in mid-2004, according to my case, i shall get my green card within 6 month, just received a letter that the embassy shall contact me and they want to
verify my current address on file, i am a Canadian Citizen and living in Canada.

I got married a year ago, I shall inform them my status change from single to married and to add my wife name, no kids yet, how long my wife and I shall wait, looking at the visa bulletin says they are working on 2001 file, so i have to wait until that year reaches 2004 am i right ??

Now, you have been downgraded from unmarried to married. Therefore, you must wait until your priority date is current.
