I am usa resident living in miami and processing ds-230 form for my daughter (20 years old) who lives in venezuela. Everything is ok and we are waiting for interview appointment in venezuela.
The point is my daughter wants to finish her studies in venezuela and needs 2 years from now.
1.- what form we have to fill in order to ask for permision of two years to stay in venezuela ?
2.- do we have to ask for this permission right now or after he get the green card ?
3.- do we have to inform during the interview about that or not ?
