Petition approved...Need help!

ok My Father is us citizen and filed a petition in 2003 December for Married son and Daughter over 21 who are in India(Which is me and my sister). The Petition has approved and gone to the Visa center for further process...and estimated time is 5 month.

ok here's the problem...We are all here since 2003 (Without any status)...Is that anyway we can open the file here and adjust the status here or we'll have to go back to the home country?

And would there be any complication if we all go back home country and wait for the file to open and then come back here?

I have two kids aged 21 and 24 and they are not married. Will the be coverd under me or they have pass the age limit set by USCIS?

Please Help.....need your help. thanks

You will be asked to go back to your country to get the visa. Once you go there, you will face 10 years bar on reentering the US.

Your kids are too old to be eligible under you.
