Concurrent filing and GC Checklist query

Hi all,

I recently became a US citizen and planning on applying for my mothers green card. I apologize for asking asking a rhetoric question, I have been unsuccsful in finding an answer to my query

1. My Mother's visitor visa will expire on Jan 12, 2010. Can she over stay if I do a concurrent I-130, I-485 filing

2. Can someone post a checklist of all the documents(I-864, affidavits, etc) besides I-130 and I-485 that will be required for a non-work permit based GC application.

Will really appreciate all your answers.
