My husband and I currently live in Kuwait. I am a American citizen and he is Egyptian nationality with Kuwait residence. My husband is currently with me in the USA on a visit visa, circumstances have arrived that prevent me from leaving the USA to return to Kuwait with my husband. More specifically the doctor I saw here recommends I not fly such distances. I am currently pregnant with our child due this Spring. Will a adjustment of status be approved automatically since were married and I am expecting? How long does the process take? We need my husband to work asap since this baby doesnt come with compensation..lol. I need my husband here with me and he deserves to be here for me and our baby. Thanks for answering.
