i have a couple of questions im trying to file all the paper work for i-485,..

g-325a question "applicants employment last five years" do i have to put the place where i work even though im not eligible to work dont have (ead) ?

for i-864 all i need is copy of passport of spouse and because she doesnt meet poverty requirements i need joint sponsor,from joint sponsor and spouse i need copy of passport and w2 is that correct? and only one w2 is enough right?

i-765 "current immigration status" should i write overstay because i overstayed my f1 visa or? also on i-485 current uscis status and expires on should i write the same overstay?

i-485 "current occupation" what should i write if im working under the table?

1- yes u have to tell them past 5 years of employment, when I went to my interview I didn't put the dates on my forms but the IO asked me for the dates.

2- Yes u need document to show that they're Legal residence and if u can send last 3 tax transcript would be a lot better than W2s. And if u still employed u can use your income also to meet that prov level.

3- Overstay is not an immigration status if u do not know what your status is just put "Non immigrant", I did not know my status also I put non immigrant everywhere they ask about my status. And for the i485 u need to look on your I94 and put that date that's on there.

4-Yes, never lie to uscis, and if your wife/husband a USC u don't have to worry about if u used to work without papers.

2. my sponsor have only one w2 for one year but he meets the poverty line,is just one w2 gonna be enough?and should i send copy of income tax return done by tax company that did them?

3. i used to be a student but i overstayed my visa so i should just write "non immigratn" as you said?

Yes, u can send copy of your tax return and all W2s, 1099s in that tax return, if u only have one W2 for that tax return, that's all u have to send with it,,,just to let u know if u call IRS it'll take about a week to get a tax transcript and u do not have to pay for it and with tax transcript u don't need to send w2.
