I-130 rejection Notice for more fees
I filed F4 for my brothers and enclosed money orders of $190 for each of their applications which was the amount I saw on the form.
They mailed it back saying that it is rejected because the right fee is supposed to be $355 and not $190. I had mailed it to Vermont initially and now they want me to send to ILLINOIS when I complete the amount.
My 1stQuestion is that..Will this negatively affect their application since it was a mistake and I didnt know the fees have chnaged from what was written on the forms that I filled?
2nd question..can someone please expalain to me.. I saw on the Department of State website that the VISA date is october 1999 for Family class 4 category whereas the Vermont website states JUNE 19th, 2007 as their processing date.
My questions is which one is more current or correct; is it the OCTOBER 1999 or the JUNE 2007 date?
