I-130 Approved based on GC sponser

actually my dad get his GC on 03/09 and he was sponser my brother who is in india 05/2009. category Unmarried 21 old child sponser on GC. last 12/10/09 just received i-130 approved latter. they says they forward hall documents to NVC center.

my question is how long the process can take time after approved I-130 ? .

Your brother is in F2B category. Look at the visa bulletin at http://www.immihelp.com/visa-bulletin/

They are currently processing Dec 1, 2001. Your brother will be able to get the interview once his priority date is current and it will be many years before that happens.
