expired Greencard
I was coming to USA with a traveler Visa. I married my Wife and become the Green Card for 2 years. I got separate in the time where my Green Card was going to expired. I called my Attorney, he advice me to wait until I will be Divorce, where I filed in this Time. At this time was a Juvenile case, about our son. Where I got sole Custody. My Divorce could not processed because of the other case. I finally got the juvenile case closed and I could process my Divorce, now my Green Card is now 1 1/2 year expired. I was already in Immigration Court w/o Attorney. There told me to file a waiver. Ok i have understand this Part. But I have to go back to Germany because of my Financial situation. Can I still file a waiver and go back to Germany and wait there and file for extend Green card. I would like to get a green card. Because I have to come here twice a year to bring my son to see his mom?
