Hi all,

Im a US citizen and planning on applying for my parents GC. I apologize for asking asking a rhetoric question....

- My parents visitor visa will expire in 2012. If i file I-130 and I-485 together, can they travel to the US during the process.
- Is it advisable to file I-130 and file I-485 when they are in the US
