File Famiy based GC petetion from India

I am married to US citizen, me and my spouse are residing in India.

We are planning to file I-130 petetion from India.

What is the average time required, starting with filing of I-130 to visa stamping ?

Can any one suggest which option is better -
1) Filing for family based GC
OR
2) file petetion and apply for K-3 visa.
