can applicant stay in the US till AOS is approved?

Hello all,

My I94 is expiring in a few weeks and I have a family based (parent) I130/I485 GC petition filed concurrently and pending with USCIS. I have received I797C receipt and also notice for FP.

QTN: Does this mean I can stay in the country beyond I 94 expiration? Or should I file for an extension.

Yes.
if you leave while your AOS (I485) is pending without advanced parole, your case will be considered abandoned.
