I-130 for my brother-name differently spelled in his birth certificate

Hi,

I am a US citizen and I am filing for my brother and his family. His first name is Raghu and it is spelled as Raghu in his passport and Ragu in his birth certificate. Will that pose a problem. Do I need to send extra documents regarding this like notarization from my parents, pls guide.
