I 485 after NIW help needed

I am H4 visa holder and had NIW approval document( National İnterest Waiver ) My husband has H1B visa . An my son who is 10 and in Turkey , has only touristic visa and never been at USA . We are planing to apply I485.Wher we all have to apply for I-485, me to Texas my son to Turkey ambasa and my husband to Chicago office or both of 3 will apply to Texas first
and shuold I file both I 485 and I 824 only I 824 for my son
