Green Card for my Sister, who lives in Canada

Hello all,

I am a US Citizen and I have filed the petition(I-130) for my sister, who is married with one kid and lives in Canada(Permanent Resident).

I just would like to know if it would make any difference in the time period, if she were living in India or Canada? I mean after getting the petition approved from USCIS, and that I beleive is about 5-6 years - Would it be bit faster, as her Local Consulate will be in Canada, rather than India.

Please help, if you happen to have any experience in this or any info is appreciated.
