Medical Report for 485

I went for my medical check ups and i found out that i have TB but is not active. My question is how strict are the USCIS when it comes to medical reports. Any other diseases ( such as HIV, Aids or any major diseases that the USCIS is concerned about) i should be aware of.

AIDS, HIV are no more grounds for inadmissibility.

The type i have is latent tb, and the took a chest x-ray and it was normal. no signs of tb. But the doc told me to go and visit local health department for clearance. That is what am worried about, if the don't give me a clearance then i can't apply.

The best thing to do would be to follow the doctor's advice.

If there is any abnormal there, then lets figure what to do next.
