Hello to all
My full name is Mansoor Javed Khan and (Khan) is a cast name of our family, in my Matric and Intermediate Certificates my name is Mansoor Javed written only and not my cast name at the end and on my Graduation degree I have full name Mansoor Javed Khan I have my full name on all documents i.e. on Birth Certificates, B Forms, NIC Card etcc except Matric and Intermediate certificates.
My father filed a I-130 Petiton for me and I send all the academic documents including Affidavits, Birth Certificates, Pictures, and academics degrees to USA in immigration office for prove that I am legitimate child of my father as they requested.
So my question is this that does these Matric and Intermediate certificates which doesn't have my cast name on them gonna create any problem in the immigration process at any stage or it's fine gonna be fine? please answer this I will be very thankful to all of you.
