I-130 question-sec C16 and D2

Dear All

please note my wife is going to apply for I130 and we have doubt to fill section C16 AND D2.

My wife had applied H1B AND VISIT VISAS two times for me and failed. She had applied visit visa for her mother and granted the same.

In both the questions should we select NO as the visas all we applied belongs to the NIV category.

Complete the information below if your relative is in US and will apply for adjustment of status (aos)

Here on the right side what should I right as my spouse is working in DUBAI,UAE.
OR IT IS not applicable to me?

If the person is in Dubai, that person will go through Immigrant Visa.

I-485 is only for those in the U.S. already.
