Hi,

My parents are greencard holders, they have applied Green Card for me in 2005.
At that time iam unmarried, iam married in 2006 and i came to usa in 2008 on H4 visa. Recently i have received Green card approval letter from NVC.Is their any problem to process this application. Plz inform what i have to do for further process. Thanking u

There is no provision for married son/daughter of green card holders. That petition is void now.
