Hi:
I want to start an application to sponsor Green Card for a family member. I am a US citizen.
I could not find the link on immihelp that gives detailed step by step process for this.
I have many questions as to how i should go about this process. Can anyone please point me to the right location within immihelp.
I have been told that all necessary info is out here, but i cant seem to find it in one place. Not sure if such a detailed guide exists here.
I did find the instructions for I-130 and I-865. But i need a checklist things to be done and a list of all relevant documents for each.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone can point me to the correct link.
