EAD Question? Peding I-485 after interview...
I had my I-485 interview on Nov-30th 2009… Marriage basis almost 5 yrs of marriage…I have a A# sense 2003
I had my AP approved at the time of the interview…
After the interview the lady said that she had no problem in approving, but she had to review some extra paper work…
Well…
I went the USCIS office this morning to ask about my EAD and the guy told me that I need to call the 1800 number to request my EAD card that also was approved at the same day of my AP…
Do you guys know if I call the USCIS 1-800 will help me getting my EAD card?
How long will be my EAD card for?
How long after my interview can I contact USCIS about my green card?
