Using Vistor VISA after applying for Family Based Green Card

I'm planning to apply for family based green card for my parents while they are on a visit to USA ( w/ visitors visa ).

Can they go and come back using the Visitor Visa while they are waiting for EAD, Advance Parole etc.

Once they apply I-485, they will have to wait until they get Advance Parole to leave and come back.

They can not freely go in and out until then.

i thought family-based GC for one's parents was filed by using I-130

When filing for your parents (immediate relatives) and they are here, you file both the I-130 and I-485 together. Now if you file for them while they are here on a B-2/Visitors visa, you have to be careful about the presumption of visa fraud. If you file for them as soon as they enter the United states, then it can be presumed that when they applied for their non immigrant visitor's visa in India, they lied about their intentions to return. This is just something to consider.

I am planning to apply for Greencard to my parents. Can someone tell me the process as to how to apply I130 and I 485 together. Should I mail them the same day or is there a different address I need to send.
