Apply for Parents and brothers Green Card

Hello,

I am a US citizen and wants to apply for my parents green card. They already have 10 yrs multiple entry visa. My questions are:


1> Do i need to apply for GC when they are in India or i need to bring them here on visitor visa first and then apply adjustment of status?
2> I have 2 brothers 18 yrs old and 10 yrs old, how come they can come along with my parents?

1. You don't have to. In fact, they should not.
2. They can't come along with parents. You will have to appy for them in F4 category.
