Hi, Me and my husband are US Citizens. We want to apply GC for my parents. They are already here on visitor visa which has a validity for 6 mths expiring end of May. I need to know if I can concurrenty file I-130 and I-485 for them. Once applied can they leave US when the application is pending. Or should I just wait till they leave and then file I-130. And once I-130 is filed, can they come back to US before 130 is approved.

You can file I-130 and I-485 concurrently. But if they leave without getting Advance Parole first, I-485 would be considered abandoned.
You can apply only I-130 if you wish, and as long as they have valid visa, they can come back on visitors visa before I-130 is approved.Immihelp Support

Thanks for the reply. They do have a valid 10 yrs visa
If I need to apply concurrently, how should I send in the application. Should I send the I-130, I-485 and the affidavit of support in the same envelope for each applicant and to which address do I need to send it if filed concurrently.
