brother filing

I filed for my brother in aug 2001.

File moved from vermont to nebreska 7 month bnack
Upon my inquiry they told me contact after 6 month.Which will be in apr,2010.

Files are approved in nmebreska until 2004. means mine is due for approval long before.

Does anyone has same scnerio or any idea what is going on?

because visa will be avail soon may be in 10 months the way file moving 2 months per every month?

Or any advise what to do?

If that does not work, you take an InfoPass appointment and talk to them in person to see if that helps.
