10 Years ago my USA citizen sister filed for my green card in Brother/Sister of USA citizen category. Now my I-130 is approved. But at the time of filing I was not married. I am now married and want to add my wife to I-130. How should I do that ? My date is running 1 year back right now.

You don't have to add wife to I-130. She will be added at the time of immigrant visa processing.

So when does immigrant visa processing happens.

I think the next step for me from here is to wait for the dates to be current. I think they will be current next year. So when they will be current - I have to file for I-485 ? Is that correct ?

So how they come to know about my wife ? I will have to tell them that she also needs GC with me.

Please advise me!

My father (on Green card) applied I-130 4-yrs back when I was in India and un-married. Now my I-130 is approved and I am in USA (H-4 visa) along with my wife (H-1B visa) and US born kid. Now USCIS sent my file to India for immigtation process.

What should I need to do?

My sister also US citizen and she wants to file I-130. Can I apply fresh I-130 in brother/sister category. Please help me for further steps.
