I have recieved a receipt (I-797) from uscis about acceptance of form I-130.
I would like to know how long does it take to recieve approval of I-130 (I-797c) ?

USCIS says processing time is 5 months. In my case, it was 3 months.

I-130 received by USCIS on 21-Jun-2009.
I-797C received by me on 25-Sep-2009.
