    I-130 Approved...what's next

    Hi
    I have applied for my parents GC. They are in US. I have also submitted the AOS package. Today i checked on the USCIS website and it says there that their I-130 has been approved. What does that mean? Need a little clarification. What's the next step? They have not had any finger prints done or any request for interview yet. How soon will they get their green card?

    Now, their I-485 would be processed next.

    Wait to hear from them for the fingerprint notice.

      How long did it take for I-130 approval from the time you filed? Which center were you under?
