My parents lived in Canada for approximately 10 months in the 80's. They now live in India and I have sponsered their GC. The NVS has asked them for a Canadian Police Clearence Certificate (PCC).
Questions: 1. Is the PCC needed as they lived there less that 1 year? Did the NVS make a mistake?
2. If the Canadian PCC is needed then how do I get it initiated from India? Does the Indian fingerprint forms adhere to the Canadian C216-c form rules?
How can I get a FC - 258 FBI fingerprint card? (Alternative given to Canadian C216-c form).
Will the US consulates In India provide us with FC - 258 FBI fingerprint card?
