i-864 urgent

hi can any one please advise on the below.

My mother filed for my f2b category visa for which i recieved the choice of agent and address form in feb2010. I have now question on the next steps.. who can fill my I864..my mother is unemployed but i have my maternal uncle and 1st cousin who can fill i864.
Is filling of i864 allowed by other then the sponsoror

Also after howlong the interview process gets scheduled in Mumbai consulate.

A joint sponsor is allowable as long as the income requirements are met.

do you know what is the income limit that is acceptable. My real cousin...earns $82000 pa and also supports his family. Is that income sufficient. Also i will get a job transfer to US..so that should be fine. But would appreciate if any1 can tell me how much is an acceptable limit.

Assuming you/he are residing in the contiguous 48 states, and his household size is less than about 14 people.... that should be acceptable.
