Hello,
Hoping someone will be able to help me finding answers on some of the queries i have
My I130 under f2b category is approved priority date dec 2005.I think it is gonna take another 3 years for the visa numbers to be available.
1.I am on a H1b Visa which will expire next year,is it possible to change the h1b to f1 with an approved I130?
2.Is it better or not to do counsular processing?
