I-864 needed for I-130 or I-485?

Hi,

Could someone experienced please instruct? Sending in I-130, I-485 concurrent for my parents. Not sure where to put I-864 and supporting documents to? Together with I-130, or with I-485, or both?

I-864 should be filed separately, after they inform you.


Edited to add: This applies to cases where you are applying for visa overseas, not where you are adjusting status in the US.

You can file them all at the same time.

I did a little more digging and also came across a list that shows they may all be submitted together. I did not find it on the USCIS website, though.

Before you blame us what we do, try doing that on the other web site and you will see what they do. We have no other choice than do the same.
