1-130 Application.

Hi There, I have a visa 1-130 application receipt for May 2006, I am in the UK. I have been looking at the visa bulletin and it makes no sense to me at all.

I am in the category of citizens child over 21, unmarried, does anyone have any idea how long I will have to wait? I come back to this site now and again and I have never been able to work out the confusion that is the visa bulletin. Can anyone shed any light on this, or if there is another way I could get into America without using an employment based visa.

You should be category 1A or (a)1(see your I-130 Receipt).
Currently, 1A priority date is 22JUN04. When that date reaches your receipt date, then you can apply for G.C.
