Hi,

I am permanent resident . I married last year and apply for my wife . Now I have a baby. How would I have to apply for her. And after one year I am going to become a citizen . so I have to change my wife and baby petion status . so still my wife and baby come together or I have to file separate I-130 for my baby too.

Your baby can be included as part of your wife's petition when it is time for her to go for an immigrant visa interview.

You can upgrade the petition when you become citizen. However, in that case, you will need to file separately for her and you can do that right away.
