I-693 Medical Examination

Hello,

I am a US Citizen and will soon be filing for my Wife's i-485. Last
week we had to go for the medical exam. During the exam the
TB result turned +ve so the next step is to get the chest x-ray
done to rule out any possibilities.

My wife is 4 months pregrant and we do not want the x-ray to
be taken at this point and so the doctor to advised against it.
The doctor is going to indicate that she is pregrant so x-ray has
not been taken on the i-693.

My question is if we send all the papers for i-485 will INS process it
and send the i-485 receipt so that i can apply for her EAD or the i-485
applicantion will be treated as incomplete?

Any help or information on would be appreciated.

She needs the medical forms at the interview. The interview will be scheduled at least 3 moths after the I-485 is approved. So, she can have the X-rays taken after the chid is born, then have that medical report signed and sealed for the interview.
But the EAD cannot be issued without that medical report. The worse it can happen is that the employment authorization will be delayed till the complete I-693 arrives to the USCIS office.
