Immigrant Visa Interview for teen age girl @ Delhi

Hi, My teen age (17years old) daughter is going for immigrant visa interview in Delhi.

Can you guys please help me with following?

My USC wife is petitioner and I am GC holder.

As an Agent and father, can I be there with my daughter during interview?

I was the petitioner and agent for my wife's interview in Chennai and they let me go in along with our 2 children, but I am a US Citizen not a green card holder.

I would call the consulate in Delhi and ask the same question. Hope this helps.
