I filed an I-130 for my daughter a few years ago. At the time, she was divorced with three kids, therefore, i applied for her as an 'unmarried daughter over the age of 21'. I received an approval for the I-130 and recently received documents from the state department regarding visa fees. This is where the problem comes in. Since the time I filed it, to now, my daughter has reunited with her ex-husband and they now have four kids. The filing fee paperwork I received is only for my daughter and her three kids. What steps do i need to take to ensure that the fourth child is included in this petition? What steps will I need to take to add the husband? For now, I would very much like at least my daughter and her four kids included. Thank you so much for the help.

Well If your daughetr has remarried, then the whole petition gets cancelled...because the category that you applied for was for f2b unmarried. If the principal applicant gets married when the case processing starts then the petition stands cancelled. Seek guidance from lawyer
You can get US citizenship and then sponsor your daughter n her family
