i am a us citizen and i wanna fill the form i-130 for my sister, her husband and their two kids.my question is that should i need separate form for each family mambers( 4 forms) or only one form for all of them

You file one I-130 form for your sister only. Just mention her husband and kids names in there.

When it is time to get visa (10-12 years) later, they will have to do separate paperwork for each person then.
